Hello, has there been any progress on this?

Customer - 05/16/2007 05:04 AM
Hi, none of my people have been able to receive email at our ipower hosted accounts since late Monday night at poshlust.com or earthwingskateboards.com either through webmail or smtp. As far as I can tell it started shortly after we got error messages while trying to log in to vdeck. Is there an ongoing issue?

I seem to be able to send to non ipower accounts through my ISPs smtp server if that helps any.

Keep in mind this means I won't receive any email until the issue is fixed so I won't be able to reply to an automatic reply. Hopefully an actual human is reading this?

Ipower does really suck, and continues to suck harder.

I have had the exact same issue with a sprinkle of client mass frustration included. We are currently moving all of our clients to our U2-web reseller account and will be done with iPower for good. U2-web has been awsome with their dependability and customer service is A+.

Amazing. It's almost as if they've been infiltrated by a competitor who is trying to drive them into the ground on purpose.

I can't figure out how a business can do so badly and still afford to pay their employees. Even if they are outsourced.

Congrats on finding a good host. :D
